Helped structure an offer on the house we eventually bought that the Seller chose to take over a competing bidder. This house is a much better fit for us than anything we saw. Always responsive and professional, a very nice guy and a true joy to work with. Will use Tim again and refer him to all of our friends and family."

"Tim was always available to us. We were first time home buyers and basically challenged him to find us a waterfront home within a tight budget. He made room in his schedule on short notice as we made three trips from out of state to see homes that required a lot of driving outside the Grand Rapids area.
